Howard Jackson Burks Sr., a Unionville farmer, died Saturday at Bedford County Medical Center. He was 69. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with the Rev. Mike Hannah officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
