Shelbyville Parks and Recreation Department director James H. "Buddy" Overcast, 68, died Friday at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Mark Pierce officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
