Funeral services for Noel Lee Phelps, 72, of Petersburg, who died Sunday at the Alvin C. York Veterans Administration Medical Center in Murfreesboro, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Ronnie Adams and Glenn Grisham will officiate and burial will follow in Hickory Hill Cemetery.
