Webb softball stays undefeated

Webb improved to 5-0 on the season and 3-0 in the Middle Region after a 15-0 win over host Boyd Christian on Tuesday.

Christine Klisavage was credited with the shutout for the Lady Feet. She pitched all four innings, striking out two without issuing a walk.

"She pitched a really good game and the defense backed her up," Webb coach James Garcia said. "They didn't put the ball in play very hard."

Ashley Young paced Webb with three hits and four RBIs. Grace Iorio tripled, doubled and drove in four runs. Elizabeth Windham tripled and had four RBIs.

The Lady Feet hit the road up to Nashville to face Pope John Paul II on Thursday.
