William Homer Malugin

A memorial service for William Homer Malugin, 74, of Columbia, who died Thursday at his home, will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Columbia. Eric Sandusky will officiate. He was the father of Debra Dian Pickett of Shelbyville. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors, Columbia, is in charge of arrangements.
