Guns missing from Shelbyville store

Seven guns were missing following an ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) audit conducted Thursday of K & K Pawn and Gift, South Spring Street, Shelbyville police said.

The guns were described as a Colt Python .357-caliber revolver; a Stevens 20-gauge double barrel shotgun; an MPC 9mm gun; a Mossberg 500 12-gauge shotgun; New England Firearms 12-gauge and 20-gauge shotguns; and a Baby Browning .25-caliber pistol.

*Police received a second report of stereo equipment being stolen from a car at Shelbyville Central High School.

Two speakers belonging to Leobardo Solis Jr. of Shelbyville were taken from a speaker box after his SUV's rear window was broken between 7:40-11:50 a.m. Wednesday.

*A tool set was stolen from a van behind Bedford County Medical Center, owner Daniel Ray Warrick of Wright Road told police.

The van was entered through a back wndow between 6-7 p.m. Tuesday.

*More tools -- in a tool box which was unbolted from a truck's bed -- along with a candle set and Teddy bear blanket were taken at a Tate Street home between April 9 and Thursday.

The truck and stolen items belong to Tianete Marie Alejandro of Dickson.

*A table top Pac Man game was taken from an office inside Madison Street Mini Mall Tuesday or Wednesday.

Jail intake

The following persons were arrested since Thursday by the Bedford County Sheriff's Department, Shelbyville Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force and processed through Bedford County Jail, according to jail records. They are only charged; guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

*Miguel Angel Angulo, 34, Anthony Lane; violation of probation; held, $2,500 bond

*Amanda Marie Lyublanovits, 19, U.S. 231 North; contributing to the delinquency of a minor (two counts), no drier's license/exhibited on demand; released, $1,250 bond

*Joshua Wayne Clanton, 21, Meadowlark Drive; leaving scene of accident; released, $500 bond

*Daniel Lee Mooneyham, 18, Cathey Road; possession of schedule VI drug, driving on revoked/suspended license; released, $3,000 bond

*William Howard Holbert, 42, Sun Circle; possession of schedule II drug; held, $10,000 bond

*James Ray Cleveland, 45, Fairfield Pike; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI drug, resist stop/frisk/halt/search, tampering with or fabricating evidence; held, $15,000 bond

*Christopher Blake Hill, 21, Boston Street; possession of schedule II drug (two counts), possession of schedule VI drug; held, $22,500 bond

*Yolanda Evans, 34, Cottonwood Drive; possession of drug parphernalia; held, $2,500 bond

*Herman Wilson Sims Jr., 42, Pass Road; possession of schedule II drug, violation of probation; held, $12,500 bond
