Funeral services for Jessie Ruth Elliott Brown, 74, of Shelbyville, who died Wednesday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Larry Sanders will officiate and burial will follow in Blanton's Chapel Cemetery.
