Frances Elizabeth Thomas, 93, of Tullahoma died Friday at Life Care Center. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Tullahoma Funeral Home with Pat Allison and Steve Grubbs officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
