Joe King Harvey, 66, of Shelbyville died Friday at Alvin C. York VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro after an extended illness. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Scott United Methodist Church with the Rev. Robin Harris Kimbrough officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Ararat Annex cemetery. J.A. Welton & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
