Billy Ray Mallard, 77, of Shelbyville died Friday at Lynchburg Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Mark Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
