Funeral services for Thomas Houston Scales, 87, of Shelbyville, who died Friday at his residence, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bright Temple Church of God with the Rev. John Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery in Kirkland.
