Funeral services for Ruth Virginia Stallings, 90, of Shelbyville, who died Monday at Bedford County Nursing Home, will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at Gowen-Smith Chapel. Jimmy Tedder will officiate and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
