Francis "Peggy" Rice

A memorial service for Francis "Peggy" Rice, 81, of Shelbyville, who died May 27, will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Shofner Lutheran Chapel with the Rev. Mark Ashley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
