Terry Lynn Hastings, 57, of Bell Buckle died Monday morning at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Randy Alexander officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
