Funeral services for Alfred James "Rastus" Arnold, 78, of Shelbyville, who died Monday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Funeral Home. The Rev. Doug Evans will officiate and burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
