Funeral services for Ethel Mae Moore Cook, 83, of Shelbyville, who died Friday at Glen Oaks Convalescent Center, will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Melvin Collins and Judy Side will officiate and burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Unionville Cemetery.
