Mrs. Laura "Nell" Smith Troxler, 70, of Shelbyville, died Monday. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with Paul Lucas officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
