Rachel Hales Saunders of Shelbyville died Thursday morning at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Stephen Caine officiating. (Feldhaus Memorial Chapel)
