George Marvin Faris, 64, of Shelbyville died Thursday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Kevin Minchey officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. (Feldhaus Memorial Chapel)
