Sammie Carson Duggin

Sammie Carson Duggin, 84, of Shelbyville, died Thursday at the Alvin C. York V.A. Medical Center in Murfreesboro. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Shelbyville Mills Baptist Church, where he was a member and deacon, with the Rev. Jonathan Sims officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. (Hillcrest Funeral Home)
