Maude Francis Lewis, 99, of Shelbyville died Friday at Glen Oaks Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Darryl Lewis and Wymer Wiser officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
