Funeral services for Wesley Alan Phipps, 24, of Bell Buckle, who died suddenly Thursday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with the Rev. James Eidson officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
