Richard McKinley Cowan, 51, of Wartrace died Friday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at High's Funeral Home in McMinnville. Burial, with military honors, will follow at New Union Cemetery in DeKalb County.
