Billy Glen Thomas, 75, of Shelbyville died Saturday at Bedford County Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with the Rev. Carlton Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
