Mildred "Primsey" Fletcher

Memorial services for Mildred Estelle "Primsey" Fletcher, 88, of Shelbyville, who died this morning at Bedford County Nursing Home, will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Central Church of Christ. Craig Collins and Jeff Smith will officiate. Burial will be held privately at a later date. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
