Ashley Young kept the Lady Feet in the game with nine points in the first half. Webb stayed within 22-15 at the intermission.
"I think that we played very well in the first half, especially on defense," Feet coach Anita Spann said. "We were able to meet our goal of holding their offense to under 25 points in the half, and our offense played well considering that our starting point guard Calli Vaughn was out with an illness.
"We let the game get away from us in the third quarter, but I think that overall we showed some maturity as a team tonight. I was pleased with the effort of all of the girls and we look forward to getting back into the gym after the break."
The Lady Cougars (6-1) outscored Webb (1-5) in the third quarter to take a 38-17 lead into the fourth and never looked back.
McKnight was outstanding from the 3-point line for the Lady Cougars, connecting on 5-of-7 attempts.
Young led Webb with 12 points and Jessica Miller pitched in 10.
Webb will be idle until Jan. 5 when look for revenge against Middle Tennessee Christian in Murfreesboro.
