Sally Rapp
Funeral services for Sally Rapp, 95, who died Wednesday at her Normandy residence, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with the Rev. Dan Boyd officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
