Clara Ruth Silva, 55, of Shelbyville died Saturday at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Arbor Primitive Baptist Church in Moore County with Don Burkhalter officiating. Burial will follow at Hurricane Cemetery in Lynchburg. Lynchburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
