Funeral services for Valcour E. Williams of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Shelbyville, were held Tuesday at Rose Hill Funeral Home in Whittier, Calif. A committal service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Shelbyville. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
