Funeral services for John Russell Garrett Sr., 71, of Shelbyville, who died Monday at his home after an extended illness, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Funeral Home. The Rev. Randall Harmon will officiate and burial will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.
