David O'Neill Spain, 60, of DeSoto, Kan., died Tuesday at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Bobby Whitlock officiating. Burial will follow at Rosebank Cemetery in Flat Creek.
