Funeral services for Raymond T. Elkins, 62, of Shelbyville, who died Sunday at United Regional Medical Center in Manchester, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Lamar Dodson and the Rev. Everette Fulmer officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
