Funeral services for Raymond Glen Phillips, 63, of Eden Prairie, Minn., formerly of Shelbyville, who died Sunday at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, Minn., will be 11 a.m. Thursday at New Hope Chapel with Jim Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
