Annie "Ruth" Suggs, 75, of Oak Hill, Fla., died Friday at Bert Fish Medical Center in New Smyrna Beach, Fla. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Friday at Central Church of Christ in New Smyrna Beach, of which she was a member, with Jimmy Brown officiating. Settle-Wilder Funeral Home of New Smyrna Beach is in charge of arrangements.
