William Thomas Warren, 77, of Cookeville, stepfather of Norma Sanborn of Shelbyville, died Monday at NHC Healthcare of Cookeville. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today at Crest Lawn Funeral Home in Cookeville with Mike Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
