Funeral services for Charles William "Buzz" Welsh Jr., 74, of Shelbyville, who died Sunday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gowen-Smith Chapel. Lloyd Warren will officiate and burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
