Funeral services for Thomas Kelly Snell, 89, of Shelbyville will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Ray Hartman and Dr. Lloyd Doyle officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
