Funeral services for Robert Bell Clifford, 81, of Shelbyville, who died Friday at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Willow Mount Cemetery with Mark Pierce officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
