Funeral services for Charles Kenneth Outlaw, 56, of Shelbyville, who died Friday at Marshall Medical Center in Lewisburg, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Randall Harmon officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery.
