Shelbyville native Joe Frank Knox, 78, of Hallsville, Texas died Friday at Willis-Knighton Hospital North in Shreveport, La. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gowen-Smith Chapel with Douglas Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
