Lucile Fisher Blessing, 84, of Shelbyville died Monday at Bedford County Medical Center. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Gary Glover and the Rev. Marvin Neill officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Mount Cemetery.
