Hassie C. Cooley, 91, of Manchester died Monday at United Regional Medical Center in Manchester. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Tullahoma with James A. Crutchfield officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
