Thomas L. "Tommy" Donovan, 76, of Shelbyville died Saturday at his home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Hillcrest Funeral Home with George Sinquefield and Phillip Lane officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
