A memorial service for Patrick Edward Smith Sr., 58, of Shelbyville, who died Tuesday night at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville after a long illness, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Bill Doak officiating.
