Bettye Jean Smith, 70, of Tullahoma died Sunday at her home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Mullins Chapel AME Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Fred Beasley officiating. Burial will follow at Ervin-Stokes Cemetery. J.A. Welton & Son Funeral Home of Tullahoma is in charge of arrangements.
