Funeral services for Brandi Kay Elizabeth Troupe, 14, of Richmond, who died Tuesday at Bedford County Medical Center following an automobile accident, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Jimmy Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Cemetery.
