Virginia A. Meisner of Lincoln, Ill., died Wednesday at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln. She was the sister of David Brandon of Shelbyville.The body will be cremated with inurnment to be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield. Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln is in charge of arrangements.
