David Jernigan, 28, of Smyrna, grandson of Rucker and Odell Mankin of Shelbyville, died at his home Monday. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel in Murfreesboro with Nathan Jernigan and Kyle Goen officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Murfreesboro.
