Tommy T. Frazier

Memorial services for Tommy T. Frazier, 53, of Shelbyville, who died Sept. 30 at Bedford County Medical Center, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Bell Buckle. The Rev. Eddie Buckingham will officiate. Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
