Funeral services for Shirley Thomas Metcalf, 78, of Petersburg, who died Wednesday at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Fellowship Baptist Church. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 4-8 p.m. today. Gallant Funeral Home in Fayetteville is in charge of arrangements.
